Stage 1 - APPLICATION
Apply to the position which is of interest to you and is aligned with your educational background, skill set and experience by linking to Employment Application Form After you apply to a position, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement confirming receipt of your application.
Stage 2 - EVALUATION
Once your application is submitted into our system, it will be reviewed against the requirements of the position. Due to the large volume of candidate resumes we receive, only the most closely aligned candidates will be contacted directly. In the event that you are not selected for an interview, you will receive an e-mail notification verifying your application status.
Stage 3 – INTERVIEW
The interview process may include a phone interview with a TTT Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager and a face-to-face interview. The primary purpose of the interview process is to assess the technical and cultural fit of the candidate with the needs of TTT and serves as a way for the candidate to gain a better understanding of the opportunity . This stage could be conducted on 1-3 phases in which a successful candidate conducts a interview with a Recruiter and or Hiring Manager, and/or Business Manager and/or Panel depending on the position.
Stage 4 - SELECTION
Once a position has been filled, those candidates not selected will be notified as to the status of their application. It is the goal of TTT to hire the most qualified individual for each opportunity. TTT will retain the resumes and files of candidates which were not selected for future openings.
